SUMMARY

The following is a 6 month temporary position. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for analyzing technical and business requirements and defining a procedure and process to ensure timely solution delivery. Candidates will have substantive experience in Salesforce and will be responsible for the solution design and development within Salesforce.com and integrating with third party applications. You will work closely with internal members of the sales, marketing and engineering operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • Experience in building highly customized Salesforce communities
  • Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Flow, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura.
  • Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.
  • Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, WSDL and CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
  • Experience leading activities on structured team development projects.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods and practice Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and operations procedures including participation in code reviews.
  • Perform data-cleansing and data migration via Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
  • Maintain compliance with corporate Access Control, Change Management and SDLC policies.
  • Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop solutions.
  • Work directly with Internal Team to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, develop and deliver key components of technology solution
  • Review and coordinate all configurations, enhancements and application installations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/MS with 8-12 years of relevant experience or PHD with 5 years of experience
  • Applies broad expertise and knowledge in highly specialized fields or several related disciplines.
  • Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Requires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications.
  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.
  • Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on broader organization projects, which requires understanding of wider business.
  • Requires conveying advanced information and persuading several diverse stakeholders/audiences.
